AI HYPE

Our enthusiasm for the hype is useful to promote AI/Large Language Models/Bots. Tech proselytizing is encouraged and boosted in the social media algorithms. Strong emotional reactions are effective in advertising and PR campaigns. Even when we join in on the hype, the backlash from others who push back assists in boosting the tech profiles.

Let’s not be the tech industry’s dupes

The Reality is…

The whole thing has been deception.

It was never economically viable.
The tech industry has massively overplayed its’ hand.

They don’t realize, or care, just how much they’ve pissed off everyone.

This is a vulgar, wasteful, aimless, directionless technology.

It is unreliable at its’ core.

It’s expensive in a way that nothing has ever been expensive before. There is no comparison…

People are being fired on a completely fictional basis.

Tech companies are built on inference and speculation.

They can *suggest* what their tech can do and sell the “it will do ___ in 5-10 years”.

It’s deception.

But profitable, for a select few.
